I once made an attempt at making my own freeze-dried ice cream. Unfortunately all I had was a dehydrator - hey, its pretty close to the same process, right? Ok, so I was wrong...horribly, horribly wrong. Luckily though, I am still able to support my habit through the power of retail - and you can too!

	Stellar food, for some
	A package of this was included as a bonus in my last order. If you want an icecream treat without the potential mess, say if you're on a long car ride with the kids or something, then this is pretty darn perfect. While it's just not to my individual taste, the flavours are quite accurate and it's a neat treat. Takes a little bit to dissolve on your tongue, but doesn't last as long as say, a cough drop / lozenge.

	Omnomnom
	When asked why he became an astronaut, Neil Armstrong was heard to say, "Simple. So I can eat astronaut ice cream!". True story. We have tried the neopolitan. The strawberry and chocolate were a big hit. The vanilla had mixed reviews, but truly, it was just different degrees of yummy. The texture is similar to the middle of a Crunchie bar, but lighter. This is a great unique gift idea.
