| Description |
Retrofit your desk with these figurines from the classic Astro Boy series. The stories were first printed in 1952 in Japan and the television series first broadcast in Japan in 1963. After some success outside of Japan the series was remade in the 80's which is where it gained most of its notoriety in North America.
In this set you get 5 AstroBoy figures with different poses as well as two Uran figures (AstroBoy's sister) and one of Professor Ochanomizu (AstroBoy's adopted father and head of the Ministry of Science). These bring back some classic Saturday morning cartoon memories for me - right up there with Rocket Robinhood and Danger Mouse! |
